Instructions to make Spicy whole chicken Chargha:
- In a bowl add salt, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, haldee powder,garam masala powder, green chilli paste, yellow food colour, ginger garlic paste,lemon juice, vinegar, corn flour, egg mix it properly….
- Now wash whole chicken properly…..make a deep cuts on chicken… In masala add whole chicken mix it and tie the chicken legs….and ler it rest for at least 4 hours….
- Now in a pot add water and place stand… And pre heat pot for 5 minutes now place chicken in pot….for 35 to 40 minutes…. Now cool chargha for 10 mins…. Now in a wok add oil heat it and fry chargha in hot oil. Until golden brown in colour.now chargha is ready to eat… Serve it with French fries, salad, raita and paratha…
