- Sprinkle black pepper on top if desired. Bake 50 minutes, then let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.

Freezing instructions: Cover in foil and freeze, unbaked. Place two tortillas on top to cover the bottom of the baking dish. Pour the sauce over the chicken and mushrooms.
