- Add Chop tomatoes in oil & fry for 5 minutes till thy are soft.add chicken & fry till it's colour change.add dahi mix with masala.ginger garlic paste 1 Tbsp.fry masala for 3 minutes.add potatoes cut in quarters.add 2-3 hari mirch + aloo bukhary in masala.cover & let it cook till chicken & potato are tender & masala is fried.
- Take big pot, spread layer of masala at bottom. Spread layer of rice. Add dahi with zardy ka rang mix in it over rice. Then again spread masala.then rice. Lastly spread harimirchain, haradhania,podina at top. - Cover the lid.put at dum 5 minutes high heat then when steam comes out from sides of cover. Then lower the flame.
- Serve garma garam chicken biryani with raita & salad. And enjoy birthday celebration with cookpad.
