  1. SB sy phyly rice wash kar ke soak krdien
  2. Oil garam kar ke piyaz fry krien.
  3. Soft hojay piyaz chicken add krdien.
  4. Tomatoes, yoghurt, garlic paste, ginger paste, chilli Paste, dhaniya powder,zeera powder,salt,biryani masala add kar bhoonien.
  5. Cover kar ke slow-medium heat par cook krien.water add krny ki zarrorat nahi.
  6. Jab Pani dry hony lgy tb achi tarah sy bhoon lein ke piyaz or tamatoes mash hojaein. Masala ready hojay.
  7. Bilkul dry na ho Thora moist ho masala.
  8. Last mea garam masala add krdien.
  9. Rice ko whole spices aur salt ke sath boil krlein.
  10. Boil hojay Pani nikal kar vinegar add kar mix krlein
  11. Ab pateelay mea rice, chicken masala phr rice ki layer lagaien.
  12. Opper ghee, food colour add krdien.
  13. Hara dahniya or mint chahein to sprinkle krdien.
  14. Dum Par rakhdien.
