- Now add soaked rice and water and Cook the rice until 3/4th done. Finally, add 4tbsp oil, mint leaves, and rose water and jayfal jawatri green cardamom powder.
- And coverd l the pot. Dum cook for 25 minutes on medium flame. - After 25 minutes turn off the stove and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Chicken Biryani is ready. Serve hot with salad & raita.
