  1. Wash the chicken thoroughly in water
  2. Then marinate chicken with curd, haldi, red chilli ginger,garlic paste add 2 slit green chillies and leave the marinated chicken aside.
  3. Take 4 onions and slice them. Heat a pan add tbsp of ghee to it and fry these onion until nice and little brown. Blend them in a mixie.
  4. Take a thick bottomed vessel add to it half tbsp of ghee after ghee is hot add to it 2 green illaichi, 1 laung, 2,3 peppers. Let it all splutter, then to this add the marinated chicken with salt according to your taste
  5. Stir the chicken for 4 to 5 minutes so that the marinade coats it proper. Cover it with a steel cover and leave to cook for around 10 minutes.
  6. Mean while, take a big vessel pour water in it. Fill it and put it boil. To this add a bit of salt and tsp of ghee also add to this water 2 illaichi, 1 laung. Then after the water starts boiling add the uncooked rice to the water.After 5 minutes when the rice is cooked, three fourth drain it and spread on a plate and allow to cool.
  7. The chicken also should be almost done. Switch off the gas then.
  8. Now after the rice has cooled and the chicken done it is time to assemble the biryani.
  9. In the chicken vessel add some barista or brown onions then gradually some rice and again sprinkle some barista. To this add the saffron induced warm milk. Cover it and let it cook.
  10. You will see after 7 to 8 minutes vapours coming out. Slowly open the cover. Your biryani is done. Sprinkle some raisins and serve.
