Now giving of the dum biryani: take milk bowl and add saffron mix with well, now take a big pot, arrange the cooked chicken and cooked rice at the bottom, again layer cooked chicken and cooked rice layer the rest of the rice on it, sprinkle the fried onions coriander leaves,mint leaves and pour the saffron milk, ghee and cover the biryani pot, cook on a low flame for 20 to 25 minutes, now Chicken Biryani is ready.
