- Combine 2 cups of refined flour,red chilli flakes,salt, crushed peppercorns, baking powder, chopped coriander leaves and 1 teaspoon butter in a bowl.Add the yeast milk, mix well and knead into a soft dough using warm water as required.Set aside 20 minutes to ferment.
- Heat a non-stick pan and put the marinated chicken in it alongwith the marinade.Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes.
- Divide the dough into equal portions and shape them into balls.Flatten out the balls into elongated naans, dusting with flour.
- Grease baking tray butter and place the naans on it.Put the cooked chicken pieces on each naan and place the tray in the preheated oven.Bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove from oven and brush the sides of the naan and the chicken with butter.
- Sprinkle grated cheese on the top of the chicken and serve hot.
