Combine the chicken thighs, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, peppercorns and bay leaves in a large pot. Bring the chicken to a boil.   3. Heat the separate pan with oil and fry the pork - slow cooking.
  4. Placed the fried pork back to the 1st pan and mix well together with the remaining sauce then add the chicken breast.
