- combine meat with rinsed out rice. add pepper and 1 teaspoon salt
- stuff the zuchinni with mince and rice stuffing
- cut 2kilos worth of tomatoes into 4s. and place in a food processor. you want to turn it into a soup like mixture.
- put the tomato soup in a big pot and bring to boil.
- finely dice onion and add to soup mixture. add 2 teaspoons salt. bring to boil then reduce heat
- place the zucchini into the soup mixture carefully and place lid ontop of the pot
- allow to cook for 1.5 hours or till rice is completely cooked.
