- Add chicken, drained noodles, and lemon juice to the sauce, stir to coat. Top with additional parmesan cheese or parsley if desired.
Pour chicken and pan drippings over pasta. In a heavy sauce pan, begin to heat cream cheese and butter on medium heat; slowly add milk.
