  7. Once the sauce is gently boiling, add parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
  8. Add chicken, drained noodles, and lemon juice to the sauce, stir to coat. Top with additional parmesan cheese or parsley if desired.

Pour chicken and pan drippings over pasta. In a heavy sauce pan, begin to heat cream cheese and butter on medium heat; slowly add milk. Stir until all clumps are out, add cheese, continue to stir, then add pepper. Place the chicken breasts on a cutting board (use a separate cutting board for handling raw meat).
