  2. In a frying pan, take dry masala and stir it for 5 to 10 minutes in a low flame and put out the flame. Now put this in a mixer grinder to grind it into a fine powder.   4. Now soak the skewers in water for 15 minutes. Thread the chicken cubes on the skewers.
  5. After 1 hour I will take a nonstick pan, grease with butter and then shallow fry till like tandoori chicken.
