- In a wok which we used to fry onions. Add chopped tomatoes cook for a minute then add marinated chicken.
- Cook chicken till done. Gravy is not to be thick or nor to be thin.
- First add half rice in the pateela and put all the chicken with gravy in on the rice then again spread remaining rice all over.
- At last add lemon wedges, green chillies halves, fresh mint leaves and sprinkle garam masala over the rice.
- Sprinkle yellow food colour and pour milk on the colour. Give dum for at least 20 minutes or till done.
