Add oil into your pre boiled beef, onion, garlic & ginger paste, salt and stir. Add your tomatoes, green pepper and mix. For the ugali: Bring the water to boil in a pot/sufuria. Adding a little bit of the meal to the water ensures that the water starts to roar which makes the perfect ugali. Cut beef into small pieces. - chop onion and fry it.
