  5. Use a fork to pick up one chicken strip at a time, dip it into the egg mixture, then into the flour mixture, back into the egg mixture and into the flour mixture again.
  6. Place coated strips into the hot oil to fry. Don't over crowd, cook in batches. I usually do two or three at the same time depending on size. Once chicken is browned on one side, flip over and brown the other side.
  7. Place your fried chicken on a cookie sheet. Pour the BBQ sauce over the chicken. You can add a little or alot. I just did a little- spread over the tops.
  8. Bake for 10/15 mins, until the sauce is caramelized onto the chicken.
